The Core and Shell (C&S) phase will consist of approximately 23,000 square feet of new usable square footage in a leasable building to allow Delta to complete the Tenant Improvements. The C&S package will also include apron, concourse, and mechanical level infrastructure. To create the shell space, a design, management, and construction effort will take place which will include but not be limited to the demolition, removal, or relocation of existing obstructions; enabling efforts to create the required access to the new club; abatement or removal of hazardous materials; construction of foundations, structural members, exterior walls, windows, a level floor, vertical circulation between floors, a finished roof including all penetrations, a mechanical room, and egress stairs; procurement and installation of the HVAC unit(s), the HVAC main trunk line(s), fire suppression system, main electrical panel, any required connections to the airport or AATC controlled comm rooms or other building monitoring systems, airport security systems, all life safety building systems; and all testing and commissioning of building support systems.
The Tenant Improvement (T.I.) phase will include interior improvements to the existing ATL B Delta Sky Club (approximately 24,000 square feet) and interior buildout of the new C&S to produce a single, operational Delta Sky Club; and all testing and commissioning of building systems.
